I was going to do this tomorrow, but I remembered I have some work to do. So I think it will have to wait until next month. It could definitely be extended or mad more interesting. Also, has anyone jumped on any gravel lately? Is the snow like we have now even passible on gravel?
On another note, it'd be fun to do some river crossings on bikes. Like take off your clothes and mount them to the bike and carry it above your head like it was your M16 crossing a jungle river in 'Nam. I need a sandwich.

That one made me laugh aloud. Then I realized that you're serious.
Are you nuts?!

Let us know when you decide to run. You'll be in my neck of the woods so if you need water or fuel dropped I'd be more than happy to assist. And of course...if you ride I'm in for pedal time.
As far as gravel condition...my wife ran 31 yesterday half of which was N/W 'O' gravel roads and she reports they were in good/run'able condition. The sun has melted off a good portion already.
